Small budget, maximum effect. To allow this 70 m² apartment to accommodate a family in three bedrooms, Camille Hermand has pushed the walls back. Each function is now in its place. The kitchen has been moved next to the living room, and opens onto the entrance: the light circulates and the surface area seems larger. The long hallway is made visually less narrow by having a blue painted base. Due to the budget, the floor of the entrance, the hallway and the bathroom have not been redone, in favor of a custom library which ennobles the living room and even exploits the top of the doors. The kitchen is upgraded with pretty handles, a stone worktop, and a credenza. Beautiful switches, designer lights and soft colors are enough to complete the decor.
